Currently with four locations in Japan, KOOTS was established in November 2002 to introduce customers to a more informal and relaxed tea experience.
Kouta Matsuda, the owner of KOOTS Green Tea, has also established the highly successful Tully's Coffee Japan. With more than 300 stores throughout Japan, Tully's Coffee Japan ranks among the top three specialty coffee retailers in the country.
